Our next self defense course will take place on 20&21 November. Only 10 people per group so please book early. Use our contact form – Contact Us
We would like you to know the following:

• Try and bring a partner – you will get up close and personal
• Wear easy clothes
• No jewelry and now shoes on the mats
• You will get something to drink and very light to eat
• Included in the course is a nice Self Defense Embroidered Cap
• Time will be Friday 17h00 – 19h00 & Saturday 08h30 – 13h00
• R 600.00/person. Up front payment will be needed to secure your place in the group of 10
