Karate Year End

Hi Hi

So this is almost the end of another fantastic year for the Dojo Seichin (Springbok Karate). We have had some nice grading and great champions this year.

Our kids made us proud in the Boland and Western Cape Champs, bringing home some great medals. The they went to SA champs and all of them brought back some medals. We even have a SA grand champion Christian Hodd, who took Gold in kata and kumite under his age group and belt color.

So the year end function is on hand were we will hand out some trophies and also have a great meal at the Okiep Hotel. Unfortunately there is only space for 100 people so you better book soon.

Every one from Dojo Fit, Fitness classes & Karate Springbok and Aggeneys are invited with their family. Remember, there is only 100 seats

Self Defense Level 1

Good day

Our next self defense course will take place on 20&21 November. Only 10 people per group so please book early. Use our contact form – Contact Us
We would like you to know the following:

Try and bring a partner – you will get up close and personal
Wear easy clothes
No jewelry and now shoes on the mats
You will get something to drink and very light to eat
Included in the course is a nice Self Defense Embroidered Cap
Time will be Friday 17h00 – 19h00 & Saturday 08h30 – 13h00
R 600.00/person. Up front payment will be needed to secure your place in the group of 10
